To be eligible for family discounts register all family members in the same account. There is one mailing address, and phone number per account/family.

NOTE: If you have registered in this system in previous seasons, or by mail, you may already have an account set up on this system. Use your previous log in information or contact the membership director to get your user name and password. Please do not create a duplicate account or you may lose access to family discounts or your previously assigned number(s).

Warning: Any duplicate accounts, or accounts that do not appear to contain valid data, will be removed from the system.

The fees for an individual are $95 plus $40 for CMRC. The fees for a Family Membership are $120 plus $30 for EACH rider plus $40 for CMRC for EACH rider. The CMRC fees are payable only if you are not a current CMRC member. If you are a current CMRC member, proof of CMRC membership, including CMRC membership # is required.

You can fill out the Membership Application here. EACH additional family member must complete a Waiver. Remember to fill in the Member ID for each member.

EACH additional family member must also fill out the CMRC Application for insurance purposes if they are not currently CMRC members. This is a general purpose form, so circle Closed Club. The cost is $40 for Thames Valley Riders members. Don't worry about requested numbers - you get your numbers from the Thames Valley Riders form. You can send in your CMRC form(s) with your Thames Valley Riders membership, and one cheque for the total amount.

If you wish to get a FULL CMRC membership, pay the difference and indicate full membership on the CMRC form (instead of Closed Club).
